Service Agreement
By booking a service with Allsafe Property Solutions, you agree to provide access to the premises at the scheduled time. Our staff is trained to follow strict hygiene protocols and will treat your property with the utmost respect.
Payments & Cancellations
Payments are due upon completion of the service unless prior corporate arrangements have been made. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a service fee of 20% of the booking value.
Liability & Insurance
Allsafe is fully insured and bonded. While we take every precaution, any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion for investigation. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or the value of the service provided.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of our work, contact us within 24 hours and we will send a team to re-clean the specific area at no additional cost. Your happiness is our primary metric of success.
Service Scope
We provide services as detailed in your specific booking. Any additional tasks requested on-site may require a price adjustment. We reserve the right to decline services in environments that pose a safety risk to our staff.
